Parceler ("we", "our", or "us") provides a parcel tracking service that lets you monitor shipments from 3,200+ carriers worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and iOS application.

We only collect the information needed to provide tracking and improve the service:

• Tracking data — the tracking numbers and carrier names you enter to look up shipments.
• Device information — anonymous identifiers, app version, operating system, and crash reports used to keep the app stable.
• Usage analytics — aggregated information about which features are used most often, with no personal identifiers attached.
• Optional account details — if you choose to save shipments to an account, the email address you provide.

We use the data we collect to:

• Fetch live status updates from carrier networks.
• Send you delivery notifications you have opted in to.
• Diagnose problems and improve the reliability of the app.
• Communicate important service updates such as outages or policy changes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we never use your tracking history for advertising.

When you request tracking updates, we send the tracking number you entered to the relevant carrier so it can return the latest status. Carriers handle that information under their own privacy practices. We share the minimum data needed to complete the lookup.

Quick lookups are kept only for as long as needed to return a result. Tracking numbers saved to an account remain available until you remove them or delete your account. Anonymous analytics may be retained in aggregate form for service improvement.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, follow the principle of least privilege for internal access, and review our security practices regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Parceler is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
