Before you write
Can you give me an update on my specific parcel?
Parceler aggregates tracking data but doesn’t operate the carrier networks. For the status of a shipment, track it on our home page or reach the carrier directly — though we’re glad to help if something looks off.
I found a bug or a carrier that isn’t supported.
Tell us using the form. Include the carrier name or a sample tracking-number format and we’ll look into adding or fixing it.
