Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using Parceler. By using our website or app, you agree to the conditions below.
- Plain-language terms
- Free for quick lookups
- Cancel your account any time
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Parceler (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms occasionally, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
The Service
Parceler aggregates shipment status information from third party carriers and presents it in a single interface. You can use the Service without an account for quick lookups, or create an account to save and organize shipments. We strive to keep tracking results accurate and up to date, but the data is provided by carriers and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Parceler. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to track shipments you do not have permission to track.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or any underlying carrier integration.
- Send automated traffic that exceeds normal human use, or build a competing product on top of our data.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Parceler, our logo, the website, the app, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Tracking numbers and shipment data belong to their respective owners and carriers.
Third Party Carriers
The Service depends on data provided by third party shipping carriers. We do not control carrier systems, delivery timelines, or the handling of your parcel. Any issue with the physical shipment must be resolved with the relevant carrier or sender.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that tracking data will be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parceler and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if continuing the Service would expose us or other users to harm or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Parceler operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer protection law.
